AI durability is one minus the target occupation's AI-task exposure, from published research (Eloundou et al. 2024 in Science; the Anthropic Economic Index).

The final score weights durability more heavily than payback, because almost every certificate recovers its cost quickly, so the scarce, decision-relevant signal is whether the job survives. The tool never estimates a salary increase; individual uplift is not knowable and is never claimed.
